Offering your customers flexible payment options increases your business and drives additional revenue. MCVDA is able to assist almost ALL merchants with securing services to accept:
- Credit Cards: Merchants that accept credit cards take in at least 50% more in revenue then Merchants that don't. Many consumers carry little or no cash, and credit cards continue to rank high as a consumer preference. Statistics also show that the average consumer spends more with credit cards than any other payment type. Don't let business walk out your door because you do not accept credit cards!
- Debit Cards: Added convenience; added security. Consumers appreciate a safer alternative to carrying cash, and approve of the ease of using their Personal Identification Number (PIN) instead of physically signing a receipt.
- Checks: Some consumers still prefer writing checks. You prefer to avoid accepting fraudulent or bad checks. By selecting verification and guarantee services, you can accept checks with the same confidence that you accept credit and debt cards. We also offer our "Payday" product, where your customers get the benefit of spreading out a payment over 90 days at a "same as cash" price, but you get paid at the onset!
- Direct ACH: Instead of receiving a paper check, have your customers sign a brief authorization, allowing you to directly debit their bank accounts. Perfect for customer-not-present sales and recurring billing models!
- Travel and Entertainment Cards: Depending on your business type and location, you may benefit by accepting payment cards in addition to the two major credit card issuers. Restaurants and entertainment venues in heavily tourist-oriented locations can see increased revenue by accepting these additional card types. Don't let these customers go to your competitor down the street!
- Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Cards: Similar in acceptance methods to PIN Debit, EBT cards are government issued cards that distribute "food stamps" and cash benefits. If you already accept PIN Debit you can likely use the same equipment!
- Fuel/Service Management Cards: Own a gas station? Run an automobile repair facility? Often a company or governmental department will use some sort of fleet management system to control the costs of those that operate company/government owned vehicles. If you do not accept their required payment type, those employees must go to a provider that does. Accept payments in-store or "pay-at-the-pump".
- Mobile Devices: Two emerging technologies involve linking a cell phone to a bank account through a payment service, and Near Field Communication (NFC) chips being pre-installed on cell phones. These are already in use and cost merchants less than traditional payment methods.
- Alternative Payment Solutions: There are merchants where mainstream payment solutions are just not an option. We are able to assist most such merchants with securing a viable alternative when roadblocks exist that prevent such access.
